The area is surrounded by Booti Booti National Park which offers sensational walking tracks and some of the best views in the region.

Boomerang Beach

Pacific Palm's best surfing beach with rock ledges helping to form great waves. It plays host to surfing competitions and is a magnet for surfers. The beach is 'boomerang' shaped and is ideal for swimming with protection from prevailing winds at either end. It is also a patrolled beach providing safe swimming for all.

Blueys Beach

Alongside Boomerang Beach is Blueys Beach another perfect surfing and swimming beach. There is no beach patrol on Blueys.

Smiths Lake

It is situated between Wallis and Myall lakes and offers warm, calm waters separated from the ocean by a sandbar formation. It is an ideal place to swim, fish, kayak, sail, and ski or hire a boat and paddle around. Fishing boats and jet skis are also allowed.

Seal Rocks

Seal Rocks is a small, sleepy, isolated, fishing village with a magnificent view. It is a 10 minute drive south of Boomerang Beach. There are beach options to suit all and the diving is sensational and is one of the few places to see grey nurse sharks. The Sugarloaf Point lighthouse is a short walk which provides breathtaking views.

The landscape is dominated by sand dunes on 7 mile beach, Booti Booti National park and Wallis Lakes. Along the shoreline there are beautiful walks and an access point for boat and sailing enthusiasts.

Situated at the Northern tip of the Great Lakes, these twin towns are where Wallis Lake meets the ocean. The towns are surrounded by National Parks and headlands and long beaches.
