Description

A beautiful guest studio attached to the main homestead, however completely private. Style is luxurious, rustic and slightly industrial. It has its own private deck with peaceful farmland views, a BBQ and seating.

The studio has a stunning bathroom, with an outdoor feeling although completely enclosed, a king size bed, with high quality bedding, made onsite from pallets, 2 oversized leather arm chairs, coffee table, TV with blu-ray free to air and DVD, a large selection is provided. There is a kitchenette area with basic cooking facilities no oven. There is also a toaster, kettle, small smoothie blender and full size fridge.

A bionizer pool is available to guests at anytime as is the use of 2x road bikes. The property is located on a 5 acre hobby farm. Guests are given the opportunity to explore the acreage and interact with a myriad of friendly animals goats, sheep, geese, ducks, guinea fowl, chickens, a rooster, peacock and a very friendly puppy dog. We are onsite to look after them. There is a small forest on the land and a creek, its lovely, peaceful and private, perfect spot for a picnic.

We are located about 7 minutes drive from the bohemian town of Bellingen. It's an exciting place with an alternative/ creative vibe. There are music festivals, various artisan markets on regularly and live music on at a number of the great restaurants in town. Sensational coffee and tea options aplenty, rustic bakeries and all round delicious food generally made from local produce. The location is incredibly pristine, right between beautiful Dorrigo mountain with its world heritage listed national parks and the stunning white sand beaches of Urunga. Bellingen has 2 rivers Kalang and Bellinger that wind its way through the town and eventually both join in Urunga where they flow out into the ocean.

Best way to get around is by car, however the area is also perfect for bike riding and hiking. There are buses from centre of town that can take you into Coffs Harbour and Urunga.
