The house has stunning 180 degree views over the city, spacious open plan dining/living room with adjacent "quiet corner", reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fans, TV & DVD player, and a covered balcony with gas BBQ. It has 3 QS bedrooms and 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds trundles, 2 bathrooms, and an extra sofa bed in the space off the living area, together with toys for younger children. There is also a high chair & portable cot if required. The house has a fenced garden, laundry with extra WC, a double garage, and extra off-street parking for up to 4 cars.
The interconnecting luxury flat downstairs can be booked together with the house for extra space, or separately if available - please contact us for more information. Major attractions include the Jetty Strip, Porpoise Pool, the SCU Campus, excellent medical facilities, and excellent transport connections by rail, bus, and regular flights direct from Sydney are provided by Qantaslink, Virgin, and Tiger Airways.
