The homestead features two pavillions linked by a short bridge through a tropical garden. The main pavillion is open plan, containing a large fully appointed gourmet kitchen, bathroom, laundry, dining and lounge areas. The building faces north capturing the sun in winter and shade in summer. Decks flow from both the eastern and western sides, with large sliding doors bringing the outside in, and vice versa.
The bedroom pavillion is only a few steps away from the main pavillion across a short covered walkway flanked by beautiful tropical gardens. . The 5 bedroom/ 3 bathroom pavillion affords privacy and convenience.
Ideally suited to 3-4 families, the layout is thoughtfully designed for comfort, privacy and relaxation. The large BBQ and an additional large fridge are on the eastern deck, adjacent to the ktichen, making catering for large numbers a breeze.
