Steve has an awesome place which is well maintained and kitted out for any needs. I found the kitchen and attached living room to be a great communal area to hang out with friends. The location is a nice short car ride from some great beaches and would recommend checking them out around sunrise or sunset. I had a great time - thanks again Steve

We had a great time at Arnottview, the communication from the owner was pretty great and so were the directions. The house was clean and everything was well laid out.
Pacific Palms is one of nature's greatest seaside creations located on the Legendary Pacific Coast drive less than three hours drive north of Sydney. Boasting six sparkling white beaches; Seven mile beach, Blueys, Boomerang, Elizabeth, Shelly and Seal Rocks, three independent lake systems, vast areas of state and national parks, subtropical rainforests and some of the most breathtaking coastal scenery to be found in Australia.
South of Forster, Pacific Palms includes two highly regarded surfing beaches Blueys Beach, Boomerang Beach as well as the family, patrolled beach Elizabeth Beach and unofficial naturist Shelly Beach.
Pacific Palms is also in close proximity to the Booti Booti National Park so there are flora and fauna preservation guides to follow and some fabulous bush walking tracks. See what National Parks & Wildlife NSW says....
"Right next to Forster, Booti Booti National Park is a penninsula between the ocean and a lake, complete with pristine beaches and rainforets ready to explore.
Made up of an 8km peninsula between the Pacific Ocean and stunning Wallis Lake, Booti Booti National Park was created in 1992 and covers 1,566ha of scenic headlands, beautiful beaches, refreshing rainforest, and 11km of estuarine foreshore right next to Forster. The name comes from “butibuti,” the local Worimi Aboriginal word meaning “plenty of honey.”
Plenty is certainly a common theme here – plenty of hiking, swimming, birdwatching, and whale watching in the winter as they migrate along the coast. There are plenty of opportunities to settle down in a picnic spot beneath the paperbarks, and plenty of surfing and mountain biking for the young at heart.
Add in terrific driving tours and some truly stunning lookouts like the one at Cape Hawke, and you have a park that appeals across the board. Booti Booti has plenty for everyone."
Further south takes you to Smiths Lake and then down to Seal Rocks. Smiths Lake is most popular for boating and fishing and with commercial fishing being prohibited here since 2007, it is now known as a Sanctuary zone. Seal Rocks used to be a seal breeding colony but is now more famously know for its surfing beach and Sugarloaf Point Lighthouse, built in 1875.
There is even a winery in the area Great Lakes Winery is on Herbals Road at Wootton, head south past the turn off to Seal Rocks and take the scenic trip from the Lakes Way at Bungwahl & come down Wattley Hill Road and just follow the signs
There is so much to explore, so don't be surprised if you run out of time.
