Set on the highest point of the headland ridge is this newly renovated beach house. The sunny north facing living and dining area has floor to ceiling glass capturing panoramic views of the beach, ocean and hinterland. There are 3 bedrooms and a large deck, complete with BBQ, where you can relax watching the changing light over ocean, beach and sky.
The property has just completed a comprehensive renovation which included:
- New bathroom/ toilet
- New blackbutt timber kitchen.
- Floors sanded and polished.
- House repainted inside and out
- Floor to ceiling glass is being installed on the Northern view side of the property
Our aim was to maintain the relaxed classic weatherboard 'beach shack' style. Accommodation is all on one level of the renovated bach style house.
There are three great beaches to choose from all in walking distance
Emerald Beach-Village Atmosphere
Emerald Beach is a small village with two great restaurants including award-winning Saltwater Cafe and Restaurant, which has been recommended by the Good Food Guide for several years. They are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner (great for coffee). Theres also a pizzeria (great for the kids), general store, hairdresser, video store and bottle shop.
Supermarkets and larger shops are close by at Woolgoolga and Moonee, while Coffs Harbour is about 20km south.
What to do at Emerald Beach
There are beautiful beaches a short stroll away, main beach, Shelley Beach, Serenity Bay and Back Sandy. For the energetic take the coastal walk to Sandy and Moonee beaches.
National Parks are at your doorstep and the nature walks are picturesque. See the kangaroos soaking up the sun, dolphins riding the waves, watch the whales as they head north or south, so much to see and do!
Fishing here is another plus for you. Be it beach, rock or boating it's all there. The boat ramp is located at the main beach and gives easy access.
