Located opposite the nature reserve on Pebbly Beach you are in a fantastic location to enjoy a quiet escape. Pebbly Beach is almost on your doorstep with additional barbeque facilities, picnic seating and children’s play area in the reserve. Only a stroll away from Main beach, Ocean baths and restaurants for dining out.

The good sized kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to cook a delicious meal and a dishwasher to help clean up afterwards. The undercover alfresco area is the perfect area for the family to get together and enjoy a game of table tennis, delicious meal on the barbeque and catch up come rain or shine. The enclosed yard with lawn is fun for the younger members of your group to enjoy. The living area is air conditioned.

Master bedroom has a queen bed, cooling ceiling fan and spacious built in wardrobe.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, built in wardrobe and ceiling fan with two bunk beds in the third bedroom.

The family bathroom has a shower and bath with the toilet separate. There is a washing machine in the laundry.

There is a single lock up garage but ample off street parking for your boat or other water craft to best explore the area.

Linen is not supplied but can be hired for your stay, a bond of $500 applies to all bookings.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Gonzalo from Comfortable family home in great location We rented this place as two families with one child each and we found it to be a comfortable home for all of us to enjoy. It's an old home but relatively well looked after. There's a fair bit of furniture in the garage that you can bring out to the patio area and have dinner undercover. They also have a ping-pong table which was a plus! There is a green patch as well for kids to run around in. Inside there are 3 bedrooms (two with a queen sized bed, and one with two bunk beds). There is an aircon in the living area, however it can get quite warm in the bedrooms. The kitchen is spacious although it is missing a few things to call it well-equipped (e.g. no large pots to cook, say, pasta). Location wise it is excellent as it only 10-15 mins walk to the city centre and the house sits on a quiet street, so you can rest at night. It is across the road from Pebbly Beach too. Overall I think this is a great family home that served us well. Big thumbs up to Pacific Coast Property Network (Emma, in particular) for helping us find this home in a rush!
