This pleasant and welcoming home is well appointed for the relaxing beach side break. The spacious upstairs open plan living consists of large day bed, dining area and lounge which opens out to a glass-doored timber deck containing a table setting and sun lounges for relaxing at sunset. Surround windows upstairs create a sense of space and lightness and provide various views of the river as well as catching the afternoon breeze. The large kitchen is well appointed with plenty of storage and bench top space. The back gate leads by a small bush reserve and grassy path to the beach.
The Queen sized main bedroom is on level 2 and boasts water views and large windows. The pleasant upstairs bathroom, with bath, shower, and a separate powder room, open off from the bedroom. Lounge and bedroom upstairs are fitted with ceiling fans.
Downstairs there is another pleasant, airy family room with lounge, tables and another television. It opens out to a covered paved patio, complete with gas BBQ, large dining setting, side tables, and is surrounded by leafy foliage. The laundry is equipped with a small fridge, microwave and kitchen utensils to assist with entertaining on the ground floor level.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 both are located downstairs and are similarly fresh and light, with 1 Queen bed in bedroom 2, a single and duo bed in bedroom 3. Outside there is a double lock-up garage with an automatic door and room to park a boat. All bedrooms have ample built in cupboards.
There are gardens and patios on three sides of the house, whilst the front gate opens to the riverside and the back gate leads to the beach.
All in all a wonderful place, that provides every comfort to enable you to enjoy a refreshing vacation.
