'Summer Cottage' is the perfect holiday destination, just a few minutes walk to both the main surf beach and Jimmy's Beach. Features include an extensive entertaining deck, large enclosed yard and separate kids retreat.

This outstanding beach house has been totally renovated including the huge timber entertainment deck.

Hawks Nest is one of the last jewels in the crown of undeveloped holiday destinations on the east coast. Located at Port Stephens just 2 hours north of Sydney, it is ideal for holidays, retirement or family living, offering a relaxed and idyllic lifestyle.

The twin towns of Hawks Nest and Tea Gardens provide the main access point for the pristine Myall Waterways - a riverine chain of salt and freshwater lakes, rainforests, mangroves, wetlands and white sand beaches, Ideal coastal retreat: dolphins and whale watching, fishing, boating, surfing, bush walking, scuba diving or just relaxing on the beach.

Open plan living areas open out to an enormous, 13m x 5m deck, half of which is under cover for when you need some shelter. The deck incorporates a wonderful, triple trunked Blackbutt tree and is illuminated by imported swivel designed spots on dimmer switches. The kitchen is fitted with impervious Silestone bench tops, lots of drawers, storage space and integral wine rack. Please wait, in a few moments a slide show of the property will commence.

There arefour bright and roomybedrooms, 1 King, 1 Queen, Set of bunk beds and 1Double. Each bathroom is fully tiled and all quality fittings including vanities and mirrors. The second bathroom is huge and has been additionally fitted as a laundry. It includes a vanity and WC. There is a third hot water shower outside which is perfect for rinsing off after the beach. The garage extension is a great games room. It has undercover access to rear deck, is fully carpeted and is perfect as a rumpus room for teenagers, parties and entertaining. Please note all vehicles are to be parked on the paving in front of the garage. The vast, sunny private back yard and lawn area has mature gum trees and is fully enclosed by a 6' hardwood fence with gated access on either side of the home. Front and back yards are landscaped with scores of native flowering trees and shrubs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great Experience We have now stay at the house for 2 years now. We Love it and will be back next year for sure. My parents and 2 sisters stayed here the rest of the family right next door. The backyard and veranda are quite big and we really like this. The only Thing that bothered them was they had trouble with the front door key and a leaking shower otherwise very cosy and comfortable. So close to everything shops, Beach.
