Recently refurbished property with not only a fresh coat of paint but brand new light fittings and ceiling fans in all rooms New window coverings complete the fresh beachy feel and privacy, with new flyscreens installed throughout the home so you are ensured a most comfortable stay.

Mirreen Street, Hawks Nest is a well known Koala Corridor, where visitors are treated to the sights of our local Koalas regularly.Enjoy the relaxing atmosphere in this two storey, three bedroom townhouse set in a quiet yet central location.Don't take our word for it, come along and enjoy it for yourself

Located at 56 Mirreen Street, unit 1 is at the rear of the complex of the two townhouses. Covered carport available plus visitors parking and offstreet boat parking.

Downstairs is the living area while the bedrooms are upstairs, The kitchen has a dishwasher and microwave and there is a fully equipped laundry for your convenience. The lounge room features a DVD and Bluetooth stero sytsem.The rear patio is very private and ideal for BBQ's, with a comfortable outdoor setting provided.

There are three bedrooms and a main bathroom upstairs, with a second shower and toilet downstairs. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed with comfortable furnishings, while the second bedroom has 1 double bed and the third bedroom offers two bunk beds.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Clean, tidy and compact accommodation We stayed on the townhouse on Christmas break and were happy with recent renovation. The carpet was nearly brand new, all walls freshly painted, nice costal features in the house. We found that the oven was a bit difficult but eventually we understood how to use it:))). Otherwise the house is very clean and nice. I think for 8 adults it will be too small, but for families with kids perfect size. The location is also good, only 5-7 minutes walk to Bennett beach, 5 minutes to IGA and 5 minutes drive to other beaches. The upstairs bathroom is very new and modern, which makes your stay more comfortable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 5 Stars! We loved the entire relaxed experience of Tea Gardens. Mirreen Street was close to the beaches, rivers, shops, bush land and if you are clever, plenty of koalas. Tea Gardens is a hidden gem, being a quiet coastal town with plenty of water activities, and a great place to relax with perfect ocean views. Our stay was hit with four freakish days of atrocious winds, but it didn't spoil our stay. We walked along the beaches, enjoying the sand beneath our feet, and took many glorious photos. The unit was clean and tidy, with all amenities you could need. Thank you Tea Gardens Real Estate.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Dusty Great location and spacious living area. The upstairs bathroom was new, however there were no blinds. The kitchen was dirty and although it was well equipped, the drawers were filthy and had a strange smell. The fly screens did not really work, so either the windows have to be left shut or lots of mosquitoes come in. It is also really dusty. But it's really close to the beach - which is great.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Spacious and Good Location but Not Clean Unit was tidy however found the second floor (bedrooms) unclean with spider webs and smell of dust. Third bedroom was unusable due to this. Kettle needs to be replaced, was unusable. No oven mittens. Location was good, close to beach. Spacious living area and good size new bathroom. But disappointed there were no blinds in the bathroom for privacy.
