WELCOME TO OUR FAMILY HOLIDAY HOME
Indulge in the fresh air of the magnificent NSW Mid North coast. Watch the spectacular sunrises and colourful sunset skies from the verandah and relax with the ocean sounds and bird song in the background. For over two generations Salt Spray has been a much loved family holiday home. The owners have consistently updated the home to keep up with modern living standards and added a fully self-contained unit downstairs recently which will be available for rent from mid December 2016.
WALKING DISTANCE TO BEACH, LAKE AND SHOPS
This location has it all. Beach, the tidal lake (Lake Cathie), cafe, shops, local tavern and restaurants are all walking distance. Middle Rock beach is right across the street accessible via a 50 metre bush track, so you can leave the car at home and even little ones can just walk. Middle Rock surf break is a 5 minute walk. The lake at the end of the street is perfect for little ones too and a delight for fishing and paddling. Golf courses, wineries and National Park all a 10minute drive. Port Macquarie town is a 15 minute drive. Caramels coffee shop, Woolworths, local bakery, taverns and restaurants 5 min level walk or 1 min by car.
TWO LEVEL HOME IN QUIET STREET
Located on Lake Cathie's prestigious Chepana street. Sleeps 8 people max over two levels, upstairs 5 guests max, downstairs 3 guests max. Great for two families spending time together and yet have your own space.
Top level is accessible via outdoor stairs. The front balcony with relaxing lounge seats offers you glorious sunrise views and ocean glimpses under the constant calming sounds of the waves crashing on the beach across the street. Upstairs features open plan living, with a modular flexible lounge, dining suite and modern kitchen. The kitchen opens up to a covered back deck and spacious garden with an impressive green lawn and tropical landscaping throughout. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. Spacious master bedroom has a double bed and plenty of cupboard space. Second bedroom features a double bed and single bunk. Bathroom has a rain shower, vanity and toilet.
Salt Spray's downstairs level has been recently renovated and features a fully self-contained one bedroom unit with a separate entrance and its own side patio, all on one level. Fully equipped modern kitchen, one bathroom, one bedroom with double bed, and daybed in the lounge. Downstairs sleeps a max of three guests.
3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms. Three (3) double beds, and two (2) single beds (one bunk, one daybed).
Upstairs: master BDR with double bed, 2nd bedroom with Double + Single (bunk). Downstairs: 3rd BDR with double bed, lounge with single daybed.

Free WIFI, Nespresso coffee machine, library of books, games and DVDs are available for you to enjoy to keep the whole family happy.
Luxury freshly washed high quality linen is included unless you opt out and like to bring your own.
OUTDOOR PETS WELCOME
Salt Spray's fully fenced back yard and outdoor covered back deck which adjoins the kitchen is great for dogs. Pets to be kept outdoors. Indoor pets allowed only with pre-approval from owner. Please keep pets off furniture!
PLENTY OF PARKING SPACE
Parking is off-street in the car port and on the driveway. There is plenty of space to park a boat or caravan.
LOSE THE SHOES
All you need to do is to pack your bags, bring a beach towel and hang loose. Enjoy!
