Located in a lovely quiet street in the best part of Nambucca Heads, this 2 storey beach side cottage is well maintained and excellent value.

Representing comfortable holiday accommodation with a level 200 meter walk to the beach.

Nambucca Heads enjoys the additional convenience of many restaurants, pubs, clubs and major shopping centres and liquor outlets. Golf course, squash courts, boat, stand up paddle board hire and fishing hire.

We invite you to enjoy your stay at our place, relax on the deck overlooking bushland while you 'throw another prawn' on the barby and savour the sublime surrounds, with the sound of the birds and beach in the background.

The house is perfect to accommodate two families of 4 x 4 and with the beach, shops, clubs and cinema close by its the place to relax and enjoy the local area.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great property in great location! We didn't want to leave at the end of our weeklong winter holiday at 10 Swimmimg Creek Rd. As others have said, it is exceptionally spacious, well equipped, clean and pleasant. Had every kind of cooking appliance you could think of (including a Nespresso coffee machine) and lots of books and games. Very comfy beds and pillows too. We had beautiful weather the week we were there so took advantage of the proximity to the beach, even walking all the way to Valla one day. We also had a BBQ on the deck. Simon the owner was very pleasant and helpful. My one tip is that you do need a car if staying here as it is quite a steep walk into town. Best coffee in the area that we found was at Antilles in Bowraville. Also enjoyed kayaking in the Bongil Bongil National Park and eating at the very elaborate bowling club in Uranga (flathead particularly fresh and delicious). Beautiful local citrus fruit for sale at roadside stalls and at Macksville fresh produce market. Also enjoyed a night out at the Nambucca Heads cinema.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lovely place to stay. We really loved our stay in this holiday home. Very clean and well equipped. The location is lovely and quiet and close to the beach but only 2 minutes drive to the heart of the town. Both levels of the house have 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a living and dining area as well, would suit two families perfectly. The kitchen opens out on to a huge outdoor area with shade sail and BBQ, the perfect place for a night in. We highly recommend this property and we intend to go back soon for a longer stay.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Spacious, clean and well-equipped The house was really clean and well presented. It was in a great location; quiet but only a couple of minutes walk from the beach. This house had plenty of space; both upstairs and downstairs each had two bedrooms, a bathroom and a lounge area, so plenty of room for two families. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with everything you need. The deck was spacious and the backyard was well kept. Overall a great place to stay on holiday. Felt like a real home. The owner was easy to deal with too!
