Description

A well appointed two bedroom A-Frame cottage with uninterrupted views of the river. Set back from the road, it's a quiet location within walking distance of the beach. Please note you will need to provide your own linen. Picnic BBQ across the road at the river's edge; Take the fishing rod across the road to the breakwall; drop the boat in just around the corner at the main boat ramp.

Walking distance to the Bowling Club and local cafes/restaurants. Take the 20 minute drive north to Port Macquarie, or only a few minutes over the bridge into Laurieton. Off street parking for 2 vehicles and the boat & fenced rear yard for the children to play. Will sleep 6 guests: 1 Queen bedroom downstairs with ensuite access to bathroom and sliding door access to the shady rear porch; Upstairs loft bedroom with 1 Double + 2 Singles. A second shower and toilet in the laundry.

You will need to provided your own bed sheets, pillow slips & towels, however linen hire is available on request and must be ordered at least 1 week prior to arrival - call . NO PETS PERMITTED AT THIS PROPERTY
