Units 1 & 2 LHS Townhouse
UNIT 1 HAS PROBABLY SOME OF THE BEST OCEAN VIEWS IN PORT MACQUARIE.
Unit 1 is a 1 bedroom fully self contained apartment, located on the upper floor of the left hand townhouse. Comprising of 1 queen bed & 1 single bed in main bedroom, with an additional double divan/couch bed in large living area It can sleep up to 5 people.
"Watch the whales go by in complete comfort", with stunning ocean views from the large viewing deck, the unit is air-conditioned, has beautiful polished floorboards and has a fully equipped kitchen and family dining area.
Outside is your own private balcony with BBQ, a great area for entertaining.

Unit 2 lower level
Unit 2 is a 2 bedroom apartment located the ground level of the left hand townhouse. It is also fully self contained, small kitchenette, glass top Stove with 3 Elements, Port able Electric Oven, Fypan,& other necessary saucepans etc Barbercue outside the door on Paved surface, and would suit 4 - 6 people, as it has 2 queen beds and a fold-out sofa bed, also trundle single bed is available if required .

Unit 3 Double story RHS townhouse
Unit 3 is a double storey 3 bedroom townhouse, which can sleep 7 - 12 people.
OCEAN VIEWS FROM UNIT 3 ARE PROBABLY SOME OF THE GREATEST IN PORT MACQUARIE.
With a modern well equipped kitchen and open plan living and dining area, there is lots of room to entertain both inside and outside on the deck. Including outdoor BBQ.
Upstairs, boasts 1master bedroom with queen bed & ensuite.
Modern kitchen, dining and lounge area as well as a spectacular view from the balcony. Sofa bed in dining area if required.
Downstairs you can find 3 x single beds and one queen size bed in 2 separate bedrooms as well as a bathroom and laundry.
Additional 3-4 single beds can be provided in a air conditioned lined garage on the ground floor if required for larger groups. Additional costs can apply. Equating to 4 bedrooms.
