Luxury Ocean Townhouse 6
2 Queen Beds and 2 Long Single beds which can easily be converted into another Queen Bed and can accommodate up to 6 people. Please advise if you require single beds to be converted to Queen - extra charge applies
Located closest to the beach, our Luxury Ocean Townhouse is larger in size than our Executive Townhouses and offers guests extra space with a huge second floor outdoor entertaining deck with BBQ to enjoy those sea breezes & ocean glimpses. Private master bedroom upstairs with ensuite, WIR & TV, rumpus room with TV/DVD, second full size bathroom with bath downstairs, internal laundry, secure garage with remote controlled door and direct house access plus an undercover carport - room for the boat, jetski or another car.
The fully equipped open plan designer kitchen, dining room and living room open out onto the upstairs balcony. The living room includes a 40" plasma television, DVD player and Ipod Docking station/stereo system.
Your comfort is assured all year round with reverse cycle air-conditioning in all living areas and ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
Cooking outdoors is a breeze using the electric BBQ. There is a covered patio area downstairs and secure garden area with room for the children to play in the fully fenced garden while you relax with a book in the afternoon sun.
Driveway access is via Wesley Avenue. The beach is a short stroll across the road. There are ocean glimpses from the upstairs balcony of our Luxury Ocean Townhouse.

Early Check-in/Late Check-out welcome with prior approval. As long as there is no-one checking out the day you arrive or checking in the day you leave we are very happy to offer our guests an early Check-in or late Check-out. Please make sure this is arranged and confirmed with our Property Manager prior to your arrival.
Escape at Nobbys properties are fully self-catering and as such are NOT serviced. Should you wish to have your house cleaned or linen and towels refreshed during your stay, this can be arranged for an ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

NO PARTY POLICY
Please note that this property has a 'No Party Policy and does not have any policies or procedures in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. Booking guest must be aged 25 years or older and be present for the entire booking period.
Although we love animals we do have a very strict “No – Pets” policy and do not allow any pets including birds under any circumstance. We must enforce this rule out of the consideration of all guests some of which may suffer from severe allergies.
All bookings are subject to a $500 security bond and the booking guest who must be aged 25 years or over is required to be present for the entire booking period and is required to provide Photo ID and complete a booking confirmation form and credit card hold authority form authorizing the amount of $500 to be charged to your credit card on the day you arrive Friday if arriving on Sat or Sun.
The bond will be held until it has been confirmed by our cleaners that the property was left in good order and all terms and conditions of the rental have been met. The refunded security deposit amount is paid by cheque or direct bank deposit to your nominated bank account.
