This house has three living areas with reverse cycle air conditioning and ducted gas heating for winter. All bedrooms and living areas have remote control celing fans. all linen supplied sheets, bathroom and beach towels for pool or beach It is only a 2 minute drive to Woolworths, Tavern, Bowling Club and other speciality shops. The laundry has two washing machines and two dryers and a third toliet. There is also plenty of room for your boat, trailer and multiple cars. Sorry there is NO garage access available
