This Air Conditioned beach styled townhouse has just been completely renovated and refurbished. Inside the home is modern with 4 bedrooms 1 bedroom is internal, 2 Living Areas, 2 new bathrooms plus another separate toilet, new kitchen and a secure lockup garage. It can accommodate up to 12 guests. From the front balcony you can just view the waves through the trees and the rear yard is great for your pets outside pets only or when the kids need space to run around.
Please note: we would love you to book our property as it is beautifully presented, clean, has Linen included so you can enjoy your holiday and is really suited to responsible families/friends. We do however expect:
1. all furniture to stay in its intended location
2. House is to be left in similar state to arrival
3. cushions to remain on the lounges, surfboards/sporting equipment to be housed in the garage 4. children to be supervised and no eating/drinking on the lounges
5. noise be kept to a minimum to be respectful to our neighbours as well as general respect of the home.
6. All rubbish removed including doggy waste from yard and put in the appropriate recycling/general waste bins
7. Chopping boards used at all times and no hot items on bench - it will crack
8. Report any breakages
UPSTAIRS has a Lounge, Dining, Kitchen, separate Toilet and Balcony with BBQ equipped with some relaxing chairs, bedroom with ceiling fan and another bathroom.
DOWNSTAIRS has a Bathroom, separate toilet, Laundry, front patio, another Living area equipped with TV and three bedrooms consisting of the following:
BED 2 Queen bed
BED 3 Queen bed with Ceiling fan
BED 4 Internal bedroom consisting of Double bed and set of single bunks. This room has a shutter fitted for privacy.
Lounge - Queen Sofa Bed will be unlocked and made available after 10 guests are booked
Depending on the number of guests booked we may lock off rooms at times.
HAPPY DAYS LOCATION - Conveniently located opposite Lighthouse beach. A 600 metre walk will take you to cafes best coffee in town, restaurants, takeaway food shop, convenience store, butcher, bottle shop, post office, hairdresser, camel rides and a 1 minute car ride to Coles Supermarket, two Golf Courses, Bakery, Dominoes Pizza and a Service Station. There is also Camel riding on the beach.
OUTSIDE PETS ONLY We want your pets to enjoy the leash free beach across the road so we do accept outside well behaved pets only with prior arrangement. There is a large kennel in the yard.
HOUSE RULES Please abide by these otherwise extra charges will apply
1. All dishes to be washed, dried and put away including dishwasher items
2. All rubbish to be put out in the appropriate bins
3. House is to be left in a similar state to your arrival including furniture positions
4. Chopping boards to be used in kitchen at all times & No hot saucepans/oven dishes to be on bench top as it will crack the bench top.
5. Strictly no noise after 10pm, no partying or schoolies
7. Pets to remain outside the home however they can occupy the laundry or garage and any litter is to be removed.
8. All sporting equipment is to be kept in the garage.
9. Only the number of guests booked and use only booked beds please.
10. All breakages are to be reported
11. No smoking inside the home.
