We are like a serviced apartment but better with decent reliable WiFi, quality commercial bed linen, modern clean furniture.

Complimentary late check outs of up to 11.30 am except from Christmas day to mid January.
We also welcome guests who are in between house rental moves or waiting for their house settlement dates.

This holiday apartment is for the entire 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is on the top floor.
Not serviced by elevators, two flights of stairs from street level.
Freshly renovated,new bathroom & laundry, It has a nice vibe to it.
Maximum of up to 4 adults.
Situated directly across the road from Flynns Beach.
Perfect for swimming, surfing, fishing, working on your tan, exploring or just do nothing.
Suitable for guests who are here in Port for work.
It has work brilliantly in the pass with guests working at the Base hospital or road works.
Check in options:
We could meet & greet you upon arrival, happy to assist you with your luggage if required.
On check in we we will provide you with the door lock code, WiFi name & password.
Door lock code is changed after each vacate.
We would require a copy of your current ID with your address upon check in EG drivers licence or rate notice.
You also have the option of a self check in, which most of our guests have preferred.
In this case, please email us a copy of your driver's license front & back.
-LOUNGE ROOM consists of 2x two seater new lounges, reverse cycle air con, wall mounted 50 inch TV, google TV, leads out onto a balcony with sea views & seating.
-KITCHEN has complimentary envelope tea, Moccona coffee sticks, sugar.
Equipped with fridge, kettle, toaster, drawer dishwasher, tablets provided, wine glasses, crockery, cutlery, cooking pots.
In the -MAIN bedroom, consists of a 1x King size bed with quality linen.
There is a study desk area custom incorporated into the built ins.
32'' wall mounted TV which is perfect for viewing whist lying in bed & a floor fan.
-SECOND bedroom has 1x queen bed, powerful wall mounted fan & built in.
-BATHROOM newly renovated with shower, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, Quilton 3 ply toilet paper nothing worst than thin, rough toilet paper LOL.
-LAUNDRY with top loader washing powder not included & dryer, iron, ironing board.
Please note the garage houses a very small car not a SUV. EG small hatch or compact car.
We have always been able to find street parking to accommodate a large, long wheel base Sprinter van.
Restaurants EG Modern Australian, Asian, Mexican, Pizza ,take away shops, chemist, bottle O, Australia post, convenient shop, hairdresser, book/coffee shop, medical centre are all within 5 minutes walking distance.
You can also have your groceries delivered from Woolworths.
Certain restaurants do deliveries, some menus are in the kitchen drawer.
We are proud to have taken our time & care into creating this holiday apartment.
We are a local couple originally from Sydney and are more than happy to assist you in anyway we could.
We enjoy the outdoors & dining out so we could make a few recommendations here.
Or enjoy exploring our gorgeous town on your own.
Please no parties, events or bookings under a 23 yr old.
