Well appointed, modern beachfront apartment with quality new furnishings opposite main beach reserve. This enclosed courtyard apartment has an easterly aspect, enjoys full morning sun and has a covered entertaining area. Located on the beautiful Sawtell main beach with the waves at your doorstep. Take a short 1 minute stroll to the Surf Club and patrolled main beach with cafe facilities. Alternatively, visit our main street, boasting award winning Restaurants, Cafes, Spa, Sawtell Hotel and RSL Club. For the discerning shopper there are Homeware and Fashion boutiques or for the more serious shoppers take a 10 minute drive into Coffs Harbour. At the end of the day, relax and enjoy an alfresco experience in your own private courtyard.

Sawtell Beachside on 4th Too is a luxury two bedroom apartment, air conditioned for your comfort. This spacious courtyard accommodation boasts a modern outdoor setting with BBQ facilities provided gas included. Automatic lockup garage included for safe and secure parking of your vehicle.

This open plan living apartment is fitted throughout with quality furnishings including a black leather chaise lounge. Austar is also provided for your entertainment. The spacious kitchen features white granite bench tops, modern stainless steel appliances throughout including dishwasher and oven. It is fully equipped with all cooking utensils, refrigerator and essentials. There are 4 Tolix retro bar stools provided for kitchen island dining inside.

Two large bedrooms, master fitted with queen size bed and built-in robes, the second fitted with two single beds with built-in robes. Quality bed linen and luxurious towels will complete your holiday experience. Beach towels not provided. The master bedroom is also fitted with an LED TV with DVD player. We are located in a quiet area for your relaxing stay.

The modern bathroom with shower has a separate toilet as well as a top loading washing machine and dryer.

An outdoor shower is provided for your convenience to wash off on your return from the beach. There is also a park with BBQ facilities, alternative beach access and children's playground only a short walk at the end of Fourth Avenue. A two minute drive will take you to Boambee Creek Reserve which is a popular venue for families.

Whale watching

Late May to early November is whale-watching season in Sawtell. Get a great view of the whales from nearby Sawtell headland as they make their way up and down the coast. Or take a whale watching cruise from Coffs Harbour for a lifetime experience in a prime location for seeing the magnificent Humpbacks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from One of the Best Having had the opportunity to stay in a number of Sawtell holiday accommodations, this one has impressed me the most. Well located, on the closest street to the beach a few meters from the Surf Club, it is also only a block or so to the Main Street for coffee or lunch. The interior of the apartment is ideal. The lounge/kitchen combo is a little small, but more then big enough if you are planning on enjoying the Sawtell weather. Plus, the well maintained courtyard was really the only spot you would want to relax in- it was perfection. The two bedrooms are really very large, with big wardrobes in both. Plenty of space to be comfortable. Plus, a garage for our car and all our beach stuff. The unit was clean, well furnished and exactly what we were looking for.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beachside apartment Spotless and modern. Great location. Friendly welcome. The only suggestion I would make is please could you put a little bookshelf in there with holiday novels and a couple of boardgames. I felt that was the only thing missing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fabulous property We had a lovely stay. Everything that we could have needed was present in the property. It was like a home away from home. Everything was lovely quality & the bed linen was absolutely beautiful. The outdoor courtyard is a complete sanctuary. The location of the property is almost unbeatable. We will definitely stay again.
