BALLANTRAE 8 is a lovely spacious two bedroom apartment with views over Sawtells creeklands and through to the Pacific Ocean. Central to everything that Sawtell has on offer and perfect for the family holiday.

Spacious living area, flat screen TV to keep the whole family happy, a large balcony area with views over creeklands to the ocean with barbeque facilities, and a single lock up garage. The lounge room has a ceiling fan for your comfort on the warm summer days, otherwise enjoy the summer breeze as it flows through. The kitchen is well appointed including a dishwasher, glass cooktop and oven. The main bathroom has spacious bath and seperate vanity/toilet. For your convenience there is also an internal laundry featuring a washing machine and clothes dryer. Ballantrae 8 is ideal for a relaxing family holiday where you can walk everywhere.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful Stay This was our first time staying at Ballantrae 8 and what we discovered was a beautifully presented and very well maintained unit. We enjoyed the light and airy feel, the open plan kitchen and dining area and the good sized balcony.We really appreciated the attention to detail throughout. We'll be back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from central location Very central location 3 to 5 minute walk to town where we had our meals at the local RSL club the 3 nights we spent there. Also very close to the walking track at the headland. My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this big, modern, spacious, very well presented, clean 2 bedroom unit with some ocean views. Everything you could ask for was provided. The lock up garage was a bonus as we did not need to drive. We can highly recommend a truly, relaxing, wonderful and enjoyable stay. John and Laurie
