THE SPACE :
Filled with one off pieces of furniture an eclectic mix of exotic, modern and old object d'art, this home fills everyone who visits it with a sense of comfort curiosity and well being. The moment you are up the stairs and into it's open plan and light filled space you will enjoy filtered views of the area from sunrise over distant ocean to sunset over the hills and will be surprised by how private and peaceful it is. The living and deck spaces are at the back of the house which overlooks a bushland reserve. The covered top deck, in line with the tree tops, is an outdoor living space where you can enjoy the ever changing moods of sky and forest whilst dining or relaxing. Watch the bountiful and diverse birdlife and feel part of their world - paint, write, relax. There is also a verandah at the top front of the house for sunrise outlook and a 2nd deck downstairs with stairs to the garden. A terraced and level backyard backs onto forest with a wooden 'pontoon' to laze away the afternoons. Come and enjoy this interesting and feel good home.
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets of any kind :)
You will have access to the entire home - however the garage and storeroom on the ground floor will be locked and inaccessible. These rooms are on either side of the foyer entrance area near the laundry entrance. The laundry has access through to the yard so your flow around the home will be unhindered.
You will be met by myself or our lovely manager Ali who just lives a couple of doors away and can help you should you need it. I or she will provide you with the keys on arrival and pick them up on leaving or as otherwise arranged.
As we are still living in the house not all rooms have been photographed - all will be revealed by mid October!
