A lovely open plan kitchen, dining and living room. Sit back and relax in the comfortable lounge and enjoy a movie on the large television, bring some of your favourite DVD's with you. The kitchen has everything you need for your home-away-from home, including a dishwasher and coffee maker.
The bedrooms are all located upstairs, spill from the main bedroom onto the balcony, sit back and relax and enjoy a good book. The main bedroom has a queen bed, a television and for your added comfort on those warmer nights a ceiling fan. The other two bedrooms have single beds and ceiling fans.
The main bathroom has a separate shower and bath, with a toilet.
The laundry is located downstairs with a washing machine and dryer. There is also a shower and toilet located in the laundry.
This unit has 2 secure car spaces for your car, surf boards and fishing gear.
The complex has a communal bbq area with seating.
Bring your pushbike and take a leisurely ride along the bike path to the gaol, drop in for a coffee at Trial Bay Kiosk before you make your return trip.

South West Rocks is popular as a holiday destination for its variety of beaches including Horseshoe Bay, Main Beach, Little Bay, Gap Beach, North Smoky and Smoky Beach. Beginners and experienced surfers will both find waves to suit them or take a surf lesson with Trent Munro Surf Academy.
Fish Rock Cave, 2km offshore, is one of the best cave dives in the country, a 125-m passage through the centre of a small island, with an amazing variety of marine life including grey nurse sharks, turtles and spotted eagle rays.
The area has a rich heritage set on cliffs high above the sea, Trial Bay Gaol was built in the 1880s to house prisoners and then as an internment camp for Germans and Austrians living in Australia during World War 11. Smoky Cape Lighthouse is one of the oldest, and tallest lighthouses in NSW.
