This very comfortable air conditioned unit is located in the heart of South West Rocks, park the car in the secure car park and walk to the various restaurants, shops or to the beach. Take the children down to the park, they will love the new play equipment or go for a stroll along the bike path.
With an open plan kitchen, living and dining area you have all the comforts of home, large glass sliding doors lead you from the indoor area outdoors, sit on the lovely balcony and enjoy a bbq while you reflect on your day. This balcony is very large and is especially good for the winter sun, sit back and enjoy a good book.
The main bedroom has a queen bed and a TVwhile bedroom two has two single beds, upon request a trundle bed can be organised for that extra guest.
There is a large bathroom with a separate toilet.
For your added comfort there is an internal laundry with washer and dyer.

There is one car space allocated to this unit, secure parking and storage for your convenience.

Whether you love fishing, swimming, snorkelling, surfing or taking in a bit of history at the Trial Bay Gaol or Smoky Cape Lighthouse, this is a great place to escape and is the ideal family retreat by the beach perfect for year-round swimming.
South West Rocks is popular as a holiday destination for its variety of beaches including Horseshoe Bay, Main Beach, Little Bay, Gap Beach, North Smoky and Smoky Beach. Beginners and experienced surfers will both find waves to suit them or take a surf lesson with Trent Munro Surf Academy.
Fish Rock Cave, 2 km offshore, is one of the best cave dives in the country, a 125-m passage through the centre of a small island, with an amazing variety of marine life including grey nurse sharks, turtles and spotted eagle rays.
The area has a rich heritage set on cliffs high above the sea, Trial Bay Gaol was built in the 1880s to house prisoners and then as an internment camp for Germans and Austrians living in Australia during World War 11. Smoky Cape Lighthouse is one of the oldest, and tallest, lighthouses in NSW.
