Description

Nestled at the rear of a lovely set of villas backing onto bushland is an open plan villa that is great for families and close to the Myall River with lots of fish, dolphins and Pelicans and other birdlife to see.

The villa with its high ceilings and sliding glass doors allows the gentle breezes to flow through and open out onto the private courtyards.

As you walk in there is the laundry located on the left and has a wall mounted ironing board, vacuum, washer and dryer. Also with an additional toilet for downstairs use.

On the right there is a modern and spacious kitchen has plenty of storage, a very handy breakfast bar with 4 stools and quality appliances including a family size fridge, microwave, 4 slice toaster, kettle, sandwich maker and electric hand held beater. There is plenty of crockery and all the glassware you require. The lounge room has a 42 wall mounted flat screen TV, DVD player and Bluetooth music player, a bookcase, two lounges seating 3 and 2, ottomans and a dining table that seats eight comfortably.

The main bedroom is on the ground level and features an ensuite, a King size Bed plus doors that open onto the paved courtyard.

Upstairs you will find a second lounge room a great kids retreat, a 50 wall mounted flat screen TV with a playstation 3 and games. There are also three bedroomstwo with queen size beds and the last bedroom has a double bunk and single bunk. The main large bathroom has a shower and a bath.

All bedrooms have double built-in robes, wall to wall carpet.

We have an entertaining outdoor setting with BBQ set in a private courtyard. The villa overlooks a lovely bush setting. There are three courtyards which are all fully enclosed giving the children plenty of room to safely play.

There is a garage with remote door access, a small fridge for those entertaining needs or bait and your catches of the day. There are hooks and shelving for all those extra things you need to bring with you plus brooms etc. There is also a carport which allows for plenty of parking.

The villa is a 10 minute walk to town to all restaurants, pub and cafes; 5 minutes drive to Bennett's Beach surf beach and Jimmys Beach a paddling beach. Jimmys Beach is our favourite as it is so quiet and you can see across to both Shoal and Nelson Bay.

There is a ferry to Nelson Bay if you feel like a day out. We have brochures of all you can do in our welcome booklet as well as restaurant menus.

There is a boat launch with a couple of minutes drive and in Hawks Nest, a 5 minute drive, there are beach access for 4 WDs.
