Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great Holiday Had a great holiday. Prime position, great neighbours enjoyed feeding the possums. The kitchen, bathroom and toilets were spotless, but the dusting, windows and glass doors plus the outdoor area were filthy. The lawn was non existant all there was were bindies. The TV reception was dreadful, nevertheless we had a great time and would stay here again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nice house but scary street. Pros The house was nice and big, good size yard for the dogs. Lady's at realastate were lovely to deal with. Cons the neighbours have a large pig dog that constantly barks really loud all the time. The tv didn't work properly which was very annoying and across the rd about 4 houses down there was a drug raid with 5 police cars which was very concerning when walking past with my daughter.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Comfortable Given the age of the property, it adequately met our needs - thus was good value for money ... A few minor refurbishment tasks would improve the facility quite a bit...

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great location, could be cleaner. This house has lots of room and is situated in a great spot close to everything. It just needs more thorough cleaning. We cleaned the filter in the air conditioner, as it was filthy, and hosed down the back of the house to remove a few years' worth of dust & grime. The squashed Easter egg wrapper and large volume of biscuit crumbs, fingernails and dog hair we vacuumed from under the lounge cushions indicated this task hadn't been completed for quite some time. Some of the quilt covers and mattress protectors were overdue a wash also. We didn't expect perfection and spotlessness from a dog-friendly house at the lower end of the rental scale, but it could have been a bit better. The bathroom, toilets, fridge and BBQ were pretty clean, and the oven was spotless, so it's not all bad! The backyard is secure for dogs - no holes in the fence, which is good. We appreciated the garage and driveway, with lots of room for our small boat. We had some hot days, so we supplemented the solitary portable fan that belonged to the house with two more of our own, as the bedrooms get pretty stuffy on hot days if you shut windows while you're away from the house. Some flyscreens need repairing or replacing. And the TV reception is glitchy, so maybe the aerial connection needs checking. Overall, convenient and comfier than camping!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Golden Oldie! Big spacious house with a great layout for privacy when wanted. Our labrador and grandsons loved the big backyard, where we could also park our bikes and trailer safely. Being so close to everything was a real bonus. We'll definitely be back!
