Open the massive stack back window high above the tropical garden canopy, take a deep breath of the sea breeze. Now plan your holiday.
You’re 50m from the water, 50m from the shops and restaurants, 100m from the pub.
A short stroll to a tranquil beach for the little ones, about the same to the surf beach for the grommets.
Jump in the two man kayak included for some fishing up the estuary and river. Play some tennis perhaps.
There’s so much to do in Brunswick Heads you’ll probably give the crowds of Byron Bay 15 minutes away a miss.
THIS IS GOING TO BE FUN
A cute seaside cottage on the outside, big enough for two families inside.
3 bedrooms and a bunk room sleeps 10, 3 bathrooms, massive kitchen/dining/living area under the cathedral ceiling. Separate laundry. If it rains hang out in ‘the cave’ below with table tennis, darts and a beer fridge.
If you’re a foodie you’ll be inspired. Industrial recycled timber island bench, huge amounts of food prep and storage space. Jamie Oliver’s checklist of appliances and utensils. A fridge big enough to get in if it gets too hot not advised, an Italian stove or bbq on the deck if you prefer. The recycled timber dining table seats 10, thankfully there’s also a dishwasher.
We’ve had a heap of fun renovating the entire space. It’s a holiday rental for laughs and great memories.
