This stunning coastal property set on 55 stunning private acres fronts the south arm of the Brunswick river. You can canoe into Brunswick or walk along deserted surf beaches directly from the house. The location is ideal being under 20min to Byron Bay and 35min from the Gold Coast International Airport.
The main house has 5 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The master bedroom is on the top floor and enjoys the best view in the house as well as en suite and bath tub with ocean views. The other 3 bedrooms are on the ground floor and look East to the lighthouse. Downstairs is the poolside room with direct acces to pool, hot tub & steam room.
The expansive fully equipped kitchen looks out onto the pool, gardens and beyond to the river and ocean. The home has natural cross ventilation & ceiling fans for the summer months as well as a fireplace and outdoor fire pit for the winter months.
The sun-filled pool area takes in the uninterrupted ocean & river views across the lawns. You will feel like you're at your own health retreat being able do to laps in the pool and rotate between the steam room and hot tub.
The property manager does live onsite in a self-contained apartment. This property will leave you wanting for nothing and hoping never to leave.

Please note that all our homes have no party policies as noise travels to neighbours easily in both residential and hinterland areas. No extra guests are allowed to the houses and noise levels are to be respectful at all times. There is to be no outdoor music or outdoor entertaining after 10pm.
Noise complaints will result in bond deductions and possible eviction. We apologise for being so strict but noise is a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
