Also upstairs is a spacious twin single bedroom, queen bedroom and a separate guest bathroom.
Mastering the seamless indoor-outdoor flow, all bedrooms have doors to the sprawling wrap-around veranda, offering easy access to naps on the daybed and to lap up the amazing, endless Hinterland views.
A separate, spacious media and movie room with blackout curtains, a projector and a selection of plush couches and comfy bean bags offer guests the best in indoor entertainment.
A special anti-allergy feature, CedarGrove boasts a Ventis moisture removal system installed throughout, which removes mould and moisture from the air and is always operational.
Downstairs at CedarGrove does not disappoint – the ultimate entertainers “man cave” awaits, complete with pool table, flat screen TV’s, fully-functional kitchen, bar, darts board and gym.
In addition, downstairs features a guest studio/granny flat with a queen bedroom and ensuite, spacious living area and kitchenette, all with ducted air conditioning and fans.
All downstairs doors open out to shaded wrap-around veranda and lead to the spectacular, sparkling infinity edge pool. Thanks to the many options for dual and triplicate living, CedarGrove also suits larger groups or multiple families. With a trampoline, ample outdoor space and the amazing inground pool, CedarGrove is perfect for families with kids.
While not specifically designed for people with disabilities, CedarGrove may be suitable for disabled guests thanks to the ease of access to the house from the driveway and the design of the house which allows access from the front entryway to a wide hallway leading to bedrooms, media room and kitchen/living area. An extra-large master bedroom may offer easier navigation for a person with a disability and while the bathrooms are not disability specific, they are particularly spacious.
CedarGrove is situated near the boutique village of Bangalow, nestled in the Byron Bay Hinterland region. A short 15 minute drive to the centre of Byron Bay means this property offers the best of many worlds – peaceful Hinterland hideaway but easy access to the bustle and beaches of Byron Bay.
