This picture postcard property is set on your own private 50 acre site at the end of a the road. A real getaway from it all
The property is set on your own private 50 acre site at the end of a the road. The house area is around 8 acres of manicured grass and you can walk the 50 acre which covers a bush area, cleared top and bottom paddocks and visit the little brook at the bottom paddock but you have to share this with the 15+ cows or horses.
The house does have most things which you would need such as TV, coffee machine, blender and kitchen utensils and basic spices. Bedroom 1 has a queens size bed, bedroom 2 also has a queens size bed and the small bedroom 3 has one single bed. We have pillows, linen and a doona on each bed. There are extra oil heaters in the cupboard. The bathroom has a shower and a bath with bath towels. The laundry has a washing machine and a dryer. We have a gas BBQ out side and three six seater outdoor tables and you can use the hammock chairs to hangout in a tree if you like.
We think this is perhaps the most beautiful property in the area, however, the house is not really suited for young children as it has been decorated as an adults retreat in mind. If you are looking for total privacy to write a new book, unwind or just laze about on the grass fields with a bottle of wine, breath the fresh air, then this is your place.
If you have any other requirements or would like something special stocked in the fridge for example, let us know and we would be happy to arrange this for you.
Visit our cows and some times the horses in the paddock or if your adventurous then take a 20 minute bush walk to the river through our rain forest for a quick dip if your really game. We also have another small brook at the bottom of the cow paddock which is much easier walk.
Sit on the balcony for a BBQ or do what we always do and move the tables out under the Fig and Poinciana trees for a glass of wine to watch the sun go down over the mountains while the local birds entertain you. It is a great way to end a busy day doing nothing.
