Property Features:

At Nautilus everything is at your fingertips. Main Beach is across the road and you can see the glorious view of clear waters from your apartment. The energetic and exciting town is only a few minutes walk away so you can park your car and leave it for your entire holiday.

Inside this stylish apartment, you will find a spacious open plan living and dining area opening out onto a spacious, north facing balcony. The balcony has a lovely outdoor table setting, BBQ and sun lounge. The perfect spot to stretch out with a cool drink after a sun-soaked day in the surf and sun. There are three generous bedrooms and two bathrooms, the main bathroom contains a luxurious spa bath to melt away the day. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

This unit is surrounded by exciting activities and beautiful places to discover, from wining and dining at fabulous eateries, shopping, incredibly beautiful beaches to chill on or, if you have the energy and seeking something more adventurous, head over to kayak tours or catch a wave at a renowned beach break across from your doorstep.

Main Beach Area:

On postcards of Byron Bay, this beautiful stretch of soft white sand often figures dominantly. A grassy slope falls away gently towards the waves lapping one of the greatest beaches anywhere. It is family friendly with all amenities and safe for children. From here you can snorkel out to the Tassie II, a wreck just off the coast or sit back and admire the view across the bay to the headland with the iconic lighthouse or Julian Rocks. Our holiday accommodation in Lawson Street is middle of the range, clean and tidy and very handy to everything Byron Bay has to offer. Main Beach is patrolled by surf lifesavers from October to Easter each year and it is safe and heaps of fun for children and adults alike.

All linen and towels are provided however you will need to bring your own beach towels.

Needs work, plaster peeling off walls, broken bedside lamps, large crack in tiles on wall in shower recess, easy fix things that haven't been done.... Good value for money still, as best location and great views of the pass.

No air conditioning, some window mechanisms broken so couldn’t be adjusted, humid salt air has damaged walls with large cracks around balcony doors, bathrooms need extraction fans, shower doors have warped and don’t close properly, etc.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great location We stayed from a week and loved the view and being able to walk everywhere. WAtching the lighthouse at night is pretty special. Kitchen well fitted out. Bed shower very comfortable.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Badly needs refurbishment Great location but property badly needs updating. Only 4 dining room chairs, Internet did not work, only 4 wine glasses, bar fridge in cupboard defrosted of its own accord spreading water over carpet & remote for garage did not work. Needs more info on website as there are fans in all bedrooms and beach chairs & umbrella in cupboard but no mention of these anywhere on property information. However location is perfect with great sea views.
