This light filled and spacious ground floor apartment features a full size kitchen, air conditioning, ceiling fans,and a large flat screen TV. The main bedroom contains a queen size bed and the second bedroom contains two single beds. The apartment's open plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area opens out onto a North facing covered verandah overlooking the sparkling pool and surrounded by beautifully manicured gardens. An ideal spot to unwind with family after a long day in the surf and sand. The apartment is located approximately 800 metres to Clarkes Beach through a natural reserve and about 1km into town centre.

Clarkes Beach Area:

Your beachside holiday accommodation provides easy access to some of the most beautiful beaches Byron Bay has to offer. Clarkes is a wonderful family beach with small waves, rock pools and great snorkelling opportunities. The town centre is just an easy stroll away, but there is also plenty to choose from in your immediate vicinity: the famous Byron Beach Caf right on the edge of Clarkes, the more relaxed Pass Caf just down the road and the Top Shop within easy walking distance, serving some of the best coffee and delectable delights in town. Our holiday houses in this area offer great beachside location and a supportive base for all your holiday needs in one of the most beautiful parts of the world.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Byron Bay location,well equipped except wifi The property is very well-located in Byron Bay - easy walk to shops and eating places, a few minutes to the beach, and close to the lighthouse reserve. Secure parking in the basement garage. The kitchen is particularly well-equipped. Comfortable bed; reasonable lounge seating; DVD player with the TV. There is no internet/wifi which would be expected as an included feature at the price - this is exacerbated by poor to nil 3G/4G reception inside, particularly in the lounge. The unit is a middle apartment and it's built for the summer, so it's a bit cool and dark the rest of the year. But there is a good heat pump and reasonable lighting. There is a spacious balcony and outside seating (for summer). Overall, would recommend staying here - efficient booking and communication through the local management company.
