Inside this split level home you will find a spacious dining area, lounge room with flat screen TV, and fully equipped kitchen on the main level. The three bedrooms are located on the upstairs level. The main bedroom contains a queen bed, the second bedroom contains a double bed and single bed, and the third bedroom contains two single beds. There are two bathrooms, both with showers, in this property, the main bathroom also contains a bath tub. A single lock up garage and off street parking are available.
Suffolk Park Area:
Peaceful and laid back Suffolk Park just south of Byron offers a range of holiday accommodation from beach houses to idyllic hide-aways in lush tropical garden settings. The contrast to the usual busy-ness of town is refreshing and being predominantly a residential area, the pace here is slower and much more relaxed. A network of paths crisscross this small village and being totally flat, getting around on foot or on bicycle is super easy. Nearby Taylors Lake has abundant bird and wildlife and is an easy 30 minute walk past the High School or, slightly longer but much more scenic, along the beach to Cosy Corner under the Cape and through the National Park to Lighthouse Road, will take you right into Byron Bay.
This property is fully self contained and is not a serviced property. You will need to bring all toiletry items and supply your own washing powder, dish detergent, toilet paper and food.
All linen and towels are provided however you will need to bring your own beach towels.
