Downstairs you will find a large timber kitchen, dining and lounge area flowing out to the rear deck with BBQ. On this lower level there isthe main bathroom with combined laundry, and two bedrooms. One bedroom hastwo sets of bunk beds, the second bedroom has 2 single beds. Upstairs you will find another living area leading to bedrooms three and four, both featuring french doors opening onto the sunny timber verandah. The fifth bedroom and a second bathroom is also located on this floor.
This charming holiday getaway is full of character and comfortably accommodates two families or a large group of guests.
The property is dog friendly subject to confirmation through Byron Coastal Real Estate. A dog is allowed provided that they are house trained and well behaved. Please advise in writing your request to bring your dog including type of breed and age of dog. Please note this property is not fully fenced.
This property has a strict age limit for all bookings. Any guests under the age of 28 years old must speak with the agent prior to booking to the property. The property has incured large number of young group bookings upon which the owners now wish to avoid at all costs. Bookings are subject to cancellation if we find that a large group booking has been booked without confirmation by us.

Belongil has retained its local area feel and laid-back vibe, and it is hard to believe that Byron Bay is so close. This property is fully self contained and is not a serviced property. You will need to bring all toiletry items and supply your own washing powder, dish detergent, toilet paper and food.
All linen and towels are provided however you will need to bring your own beach towels.
