This gorgeous single-level apartment, adjacent to a bushland reserve, features a modern, fully appointed kitchen, open plan living area and a large North facing deck with electric BBQ. Each bedroom has a queen size bed with ceiling fans. Modern, stylish and secluded, yet affordably priced, this property is perfect for 2 couples or a small family.

Paterson Street is one of Byron's best locations: quiet and secluded with Arakwal National Park and Tallow Beach to the East and The Pass, Clarke's Beach and Byron town centre to the North, everything Byron Bay has to offer is within easy walking distance. Take a morning walk through the National Park to the Lighthouse, cool off with a swim at The Pass and breakfast at The Beach Cafe....a better start to the day is hard to find!

Clarke's Beach Area:

If you are looking for beautiful and very handy beachside holiday accommodation with a great family beach on one side and the Byron town centre with all it has to offer on the other, then look no further than Clarkes Beach. It is patrolled by surf lifesavers in the summer months and also offers great surfing at The Pass, a famous spot close to Lighthouse Road and opposite an amazing bush track to the Byron Bay Lighthouse. Divide your days between some retail therapy and foodie adventures in town and this idyllic beach, which is protected from big swells for most of the year and offers small waves, rock pools, snorkelling and learning to surf activities as well as windsurfing, body boarding and paragliding.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from 3/26 Paterson Street Byron Bay Very disappointed that we decided to have our Christmas lunch at this nice apartment only to find the oven didnt work and so we had to give up on having a hot lunch and settle on what we could do cold Too much money for a average dwelling

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Would stay here again The property was the perfect size for our family of 2 adults and 1 child. Everything was contained so great for a toddler. Good location close to the beach and the Top Shop (one of the best cafes in Byron) and only a 15 minute walk to town. Would stay here again.
