Property Features:

Only 150m to the popular family friendly Clarkes Beach and the Beach Cafe, this townhouse is set in the landscaped grounds of the Calinda Sol complex complete with a swimming pool,half size tennis court, and BBQ area.

This tidy and bright unit features a fully equipped kitchen and spacious lounge area with a flat screen TV. The main bedroom features a queen sizebed, small flat screen TV, and sliding door which opens onto a sunny verandah. The second bedroomalso has aqueen size bed andsliding door to the verandah. The third bedroom contains two single beds andis ideal for children. This unit has one full bathroom with a bath tub and showerandone half bathroom with a toilet and sink. This property sleeps 6 guests.

Clarkes Beach Area:

Your beachside holiday accommodation provides easy access to some of the most beautiful beaches Byron Bay has to offer. Clarkes is a wonderful family beach with small waves, rock pools and great snorkelling opportunities. The town centre is just an easy stroll away, but there is also plenty to choose from in your immediate vicinity: the famous Byron Beach Caf right on the edge of Clarkes, the more relaxed Pass Caf just down the road and the Top Shop within easy walking distance, serving some of the best coffee and delectable delights in town. Our holiday houses in this area offer great beachside location and a supportive base for all your holiday needs in one of the most beautiful parts of the world.

This property is fully self contained and is not a serviced property. You will need to bring all toiletry items and supply your own washing powder, dish detergent, toilet paper and food.

All linen and towels are provided however you will need to bring your own beach towels.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best of Byron No. 9 is at the rear of the block so very quiet. The accommodation is perfect for a family stay. Walk to beaches, town, cafes. Thoughtful touches include tennis racquets & balls, beach toys & fully equipped kitchen. Well presented, very clean & comfortable. Highly recommend this place.

Our kids loved the mini tennis court but was a little disappointed with the pool - wasn't very well maintained the week we stayed but perhaps this is not always the case. Would stay again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great pad in excellent location This townhouse is great for families. Walking distance to Clarke's Beach & two good coffee shops. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Shower works well & bath for littlies. Webber Bbq & outdoor seating great. Pool is shaded to escape arvo heat.
