This classic and comfortable two story unit is set in a fantastic location. A two minute stroll will take you to the golden sands of Belongil beach and ten minutes along the sand to bustling Byron Central. The unit is conveniently fitted with modern furnishings and appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, and laundry with washer and dryer.

On the main floor you will findthe kitchen, dining, and lounge room. This level has one bedroomwith two single beds. On the second floor you will find the master bedroom. A perfect hide away with aflat screen TV and private verandah. Thethird bedroomis also on the second level and contains a queen sizebed.There is also a great outdoor area with picnic table and BBQ. A great spot for leisurely afternoon barbecues with the whole family.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent rental We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Its proximity to the beach and to town is excellent and the house is spacious and comfortable. We made use of the entire space as much as we could and it suited our every need without trouble. Some points that the property managers might like to consider however, the driveway would be better accessible if the huge rocks were moved from the right hand side. There were only a few sets of cutlery, plates and glasses so we had to make do with some other things that were there, and some of the essentials you might expect from a rental were missing, for example, salt and pepper and oil for cooking, toilet paper etc Also ensure that you clean up properly as the cleaners attempted to fabricate an unclean charge to our bond which was sorted out after a chat with the real estate agency. Overall though the house was fantastic and we would likely come back again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good value for budget accomodation Property in great location, a short walk from the main street of Byron. 2 minutes from beach. Property has all basic requirements, although it would have been good if there was enough crockery and cutlery for all guests to eat together without having some people eating of side plates with a plastic fork. Rear yard not very private and entertainment system was not functional. Staff were rude and unprofessional.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very comfortable The location was great - close to town and a 2 min walk to the beach. We would ride our bikes or the kids would skateboard into town. The townhouse was spacious and very comfortable. We also have a big car and the drive way was tricky but there is plenty of parking out the front. The garage was perfect for storing all the surf boards, bikes etc. We very much enjoyed our time staying here. Even though Shirley Street is busy this unit is at the back of the complex and was very quiet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great location We had a wonderful time here and would love to return in the future. The location was perfect for us. A 2 min walk through the bush to the beach (we followed a local), 10-15 mins walk to the centre of Byron and 10 mins walk to the gorgeous Belongil Beach with a lovely cafe and a restaurant with live music hidden away. We found the unit very comfortable, spotless and very well equipped with all that we needed. We didn't have a car so can't comment on that. It is very well suited to accommodate families and I would highly recommend this place.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfect location Great location 1km along beach to township. Lovely sunny courtyard and great set out. Parking was very tricky getting down drive with our Hilux and could be improved. Is in need of some general maintenance as a little tired.
