A standard occupancy of four guests applies. A fifth guest may be accommodated at no additional charge. Functions, parties, gatherings, pets, schoolies, young adult groups and third party bookings are prohibited. Stayz Code of Conduct regulations apply and fees imposed for noise complaints are charged against bonds. Industry standard 2.00pm check-in and 10.00am check-out times apply. As we are not a commercial resort, we are unable to access a commercial wifi service, however commercial customer wifi is available at the cafe two doors away. A two storey villa with normal internal stairs, property may not suit some guests. The pool and spa are not heated however most guests find temperatures suitable year round except winter.
