Functions, gatherings, parties, overnight guests, schoolies, adult groups under 25 years of age, pets, third party and multi-unit bookings are all prohibited. Stayz Code of Conduct regulations and Terms & Conditions apply. Fees imposed for noise complaints are charged against bonds. Location photos are not actual views from property. A two storey residence with internal stairs, property may not suit some guests. Whilst the pool and spa are not heated, most guests find water temperatures suitable year round with the exception of winter. As we are not a commercial resort we are unable to access a commercial wifi service or infant product supply, however a complimentary customer wifi service is available at the cafe two doors from the villa and infant products may be hired from Byron Bay Holiday Hire.
