Located in central Byron Bay's only no-through traffic foreshore area and characterised by its magical 'Old Byron' ambience, this iconic locale is famous for the classic Byron Bay beach holiday, often referred to as offering "the magic of what holidaying in Byron used to be about". With the beach foreshore about 50m away (ideal for a nap on the lawn or kicking a ball), the Belongil Beach cafes (offering Byron's best coffee, brekkies, lunches, dinners, woodfired pizzas, sunset cocktails and chilled grooves) are also just footsteps away! A local shop, gourmet take-away, yoga and surf schools, tourist activities booking centre and beautiful Belongil estuary are also on your doorstep and it's just a beach stroll to the boutiques, bars and cafes of Byron's main street! Those that know Byron Bay well are passionate about this area and return time after time!

Outside your front door beyond a private courtyard, a BBQ cabana sits against a flourishing backdrop of palms beside a sparkling shared pool and spa with sun lounges (securely fenced, private and protected from the wind - a real asset when the beach gets blown out!). Lush advanced tropical gardens offer complete privacy to each of the nine villas and to the pool and barbecue areas, providing a level of privacy rarely found in similar settings. PLEASE NOTE:

A maximum of six guests inclusive of infants and children applies. Industry standard 2.00pm check-in and 10.00am check-out times apply. Functions, gatherings, parties, overnight guests, adult groups under 25 years of age (including schoolies), pets, third party and multi-unit bookings strictly prohibited. Stayz Code of Conduct Regulations and Terms & Conditions apply. Fees imposed for noise complaints charged against bonds. Location photos are not actual views from property. A two storey residence with internal stairs, property may not suit some guests. Whilst the pool and spa are not heated, most guests find water temperatures suitable year round with the exception of the winter period. As we are not a commercial resort we are unable to access a commercial wifi service, however a complimentary customer service is available at the cafe next door. AQUABLUE is an established Stayz business (since 2005), is only managed in Australia and we never request payments to overseas bank accounts.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Well-located peaceful place for a comfortable beac We loved our time at Aquablue and had some fabulous tips from Steve that made our stay even more enjoyable. The property was accurately depicted, well-located and well-equipped so there are very few negatives to report. We, however, did find that the pool was too cold for use in September even for an iceberg water baby like me!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Many Happy Returns !! Once again , we ( 3 ladies) stayed at the townhouse Aquablue. We found it as always very clean , comfortable and well equiped . We spent the weekend at the BBWF and really appreciate its convenient locality. We compliment this with walks on the beach , walk into town and great coffee at the Treehouse ! We have booked again for next year ........Thanks Steve PS we did miss the BBQ !

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Family Accommodation in Byron Bay Just returned from a six night stay at Aquablue with the wife and my four boys. The accommodation was everything it promoted itself as and more! I can not recommend this place enough and we will be back next year! Thanks Steve, I believe you truly have the perfect place for a family holiday :)

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed We were very disappointed with the property. (Especially after seeing all the other great reviews). The property is old and dated and in need of a renovation. The smell was disgusting. We were only able to stay one of our nights and found alternative accommodation for the remaining 3 nights.
