An open plan living, dining and cooking space is surrounded by windows for ample
natural light and is decked out with a retro style timber couch and coffee table, perfect for relaxing in the Byron sun. An additional separate living space is located near the bedrooms and is spacious and bright, with comfy timber retro style armchairs, timber cabinetry and flat screen TV.
Cooking and Dining
The fully-equipped kitchen is crisp white with a bright green splashback, ample cupboard space and gas cooktop, with stainless steel dishwasher and oven. Island bench seating just adjacent to the kitchen provides casual dining for four.
There are two spacious bedrooms in the main house, both decorated in bright and beachy
style, complete with plush bedding, timber and natural fibre furnishings and woven rugs and baskets. The studio at the rear of the property offers a spacious extra room, with timber framed glass French doors and a queen bed, complete with dreamy net bed canopy, timber exposed beams, small table setting and additional glass doors accessing the garden.

For an added unique touch, a stunning canvas tepee is located in the rear yard. The exterior of the house showcases gorgeous mural paintings - a brightly coloured surfboard provides a backdrop to the outdoor entertaining space and at the front of the house, a child frolics with butterflies.
Stay warm in winter with 3 oil heaters and cool in summer with ceiling fans in main house bedrooms and pedestal fan in studio. Surfboard racks offer space for surfers to store their boards safely and easily.
Ahoy Byron is located in a quiet, leafy street within Byron Bay, only 10 minutes’ walk to the centre of town. A short walk from this sunny holiday home will see guests enjoying some of Byron’s finest coffee and treats at locally loved Top Shop. Swim, surf and catch some sun at the popular Clarkes Beach, located just between Main Beach and the Pass and only a 10-minute stroll from Ahoy Byron.
