Beach House 3 @ VUE will take your Byron Bay holiday to a new level of luxury, peace and quiet

In a bushland setting with breathtaking ocean views that belie its position so close to Byron Bay's civilised delights, Beach House 3 is a stunning, luxury furnished, architect-designed townhouse with it's own private road access.

It is located adjacent to the Oasis Resort with full access to the resort's facilities large pool and spa, child's wading pool, floodlit tennis court, BBQ areas, play room and gym.

Tallow Beach can be accessed by walking 300m through the National Park via the Resort, and Byron Bay golf course is minutes away.

Beach House 3 @ VUE offers every holiday pleasure.

All inclusions are new and luxurious, with fixtures and fittings of the highest quality, e.g. Natuzzi leather lounge, Italian stainless steel cooker and custom made German bedroom furniture.

The first floor balcony has views of the ocean, with a brand new Weber Family Q BBQ and dining setting for eight.

The lounge room is equipped with a 55" plasma, with full home theatre and pay TV, plus hard disc music system. There is also a private sunny courtyard on this first level.

The rumpus room on the ground level also has full home theatre with a 50" plasma TV - perfect to keep the kids entertained. There is also a wet bar and the lounge can be folded out to become a Queen sized bed.

The large Master bedroom on the ground level has a King sized bed with walk-in robe and ensuite, plus piped music from upstairs. There is private garden access from this level.

The Queen bedroom and third bedroom with two King Single beds are located on the first level, along with the second bathroom and powder room. There is a third toilet in the laundry on the ground level.

The wi-fi internet connection and C-bus smart home system complete the high tech facilities.

A double lock-up garage and washing line availability ensure this is truly a 'home from home'.

NB: A minimum of 3 nights stay is accepted and only weekly bookings during school holiday periods. Unfortunately 'Schoolies' bookings are not accepted.

For your added security this property, Beach House 3 @ VUE, is only managed in Australia and we never request payments be made to overseas bank accounts.

Highlights include resort facility access, lock up garage so handy for surfing gear, stunning balcony views, close to the beach, beautifully maintained property and walking distance to the Roadhouse for a delish brunch and coffee! Thanks for having us Sue!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent place fo family holiday We were staying at Beach House 3 with our daughter and her husband and their 3 little boys . The property was ideal in the lay out of the accommodation and everyone felt they had lots of room. The little boys enjoyed their television and we all enjoyed the swimming pool nearby and the tennis players enjoyed the court nearby too. Everything was perfect except the weather in the early part of the week --unfortunately due to Cyclone Debbie !! We did follow the instructions in the information and turned the electric heater on for the hot water as no sunshine to heat the solar panels However this did not really give us enough hot water for our needs . We all thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would be happy to return in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We love staying at Vue 3 These are terrific apartments and great for large family groups especially if you have teenagers as their is plenty of space. Vue 3 is well stocked with crockery, utensils and kitchen stuff and all the electronic stuff works and easy to use. Its the second time we've stayed at these apartments and the location away from crowds in the centre of town and close to Tallow Beach works well. Highly recommended.
