'Eastpoint 3' located at 18-20 Paterson Lane is an elegantly furnished light, bright and spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse. Just a stroll to Clarkes Beach and only a few minutes walk into the Byron town centre.

With a nautical theme of navy and white, the property is set on two levels; with three bedrooms and two bathrooms located on the first floor, while the ground floor consists of a large kitchen, open plan living, laundry and powder room. The sunroom area is a great second living space with second TV/DVD, single daybed and trundle bed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Peaceful and relaxing stay near the beach We'd only been able to go on holiday during the schoolie period and I had some reservations about this. No need to worry. The apartment was in a quiet location,about 3 mins walk to the beach and beautiful Beach Cafe at Clarks Beach.Also ideally located with a 10 minute walk into Byron Bay CBD. Beautifully decorated and clean house. Loads to do in the area. Would recommend horse back riding on the beach at Lennox Heads with Pegasus Park riding school.
