'Eastpoint 3' located at 18-20 Paterson Lane is an elegantly furnished light, bright and spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse. Just a stroll to Clarkes Beach and only a few minutes walk into the Byron town centre.

With a nautical theme of navy and white, the property is set on two levels; with three bedrooms and two bathrooms located on the first floor, while the ground floor consists of a large kitchen, open plan living, laundry and powder room. The sunroom area is a great second living space with second TV/DVD, single daybed and trundle bed.

Features include FREE WiFi, pod coffee machine, balcony off both Queen rooms, air-conditioned living area and main bedroom, undercover outdoor dining with BBQ in a fully fenced north facing spacious courtyard.

This a classy property just perfect for the extended family looking for space, peace, privacy and a fabulous location.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Winnner Gorgeous apartment filled with sunlight, wonderful outdoor sitting area & all day rays of sunshine on balcony upstairs, in a quiet lane we found our stay very relaxing. So close to cafes & beach. Free wifi, netflix bonus for my teenagers, great to have BBQ & laundry facilities too. Would most definitely come again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great place to stay The place was immaculately laid out, and a great place to spend our long weekend in Byron Bay. It was a 10 minute walk to the centre of town and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Would recommend staying!
