Set on 25 acres near the quaint village of Federal, Amileka is a unique & contemporary home that is truly one of a kind. Amileka offers space and privacy whilst being only a 20-25 minute scenic drive to the centre of Byron Bay. Designed without compromise with robust innovative detailing, Amileka retains comfort & luxury whilst capturing some of the most breathtaking Byron hinterland views.
The indoor and outdoor spaces have equal importance and connect seamlessly. Large expansive living areas take in the valley views and overlook the 18mx5m fully tiled in-ground pool. There is an open fire, a sunken lounge and a fantastic indoor outdoor entertaining area with built in BBQ. There is also a fire-pit in the Northern lawn overlooking the pool.
The kitchen is divided into two sections, one is minimalist and sleek and melds perfectly into the living areas. There are 5 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a sunken tub, expansive wet area, 2 shower heads and amazing views.

Plus a $350 linen fee per booking.
There is a separate 1 bedroom cottage on the property that sleeps 2 guests and can be rented in additional to the main house is needed. The rates will vary from $200 - $450 per night depending on the time of year and length of stay.
Please note that all our homes have no party policies as noise travels to neighbours easily in both residential and hinterland areas. No extra guests are allowed to the houses and noise levels are to be respectful at all times. There is to be no outdoor music or outdoor entertaining after 10pm.
Noise complaints will result in bond deductions and possible eviction. We apologise for being so strict but noise is a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
