If you want to be close to the beach and all the shops, resturants and cafes that Byron has to offer, then this is the property for you

Calinda Sol 7 is situated just a short 5 minute walk to the beautiful calm waters of Clarkes Beach and aneasy 10 minute walk into the centre of town.

This recently renovated townhouse with modern furnishings is set in a landscaped complex with swimming pool and half tennis court. Downstairs guests will enjoy a spacious kitchen, breakfast bar, open plan lounge and dining area and a large flat screen TV. Upstairs wo of the three bedrooms open up onto a sunny verandah and all three boast built in-wardrobes.

The main bathroom has been recently renovated, it is spacious and light and has a shower, wooden vanity, large mirror and separate toilet.There is also a powder room located on the ground floor.

This property is perfect for families or small groups.
