Elua Beach House is a modern and spacious home is situated in central Byron Bay with an easy walk to CBD, Main and Belongil Beaches. The house has been beautifully renovated and enjoys sea breezes and plenty of natural light.
The ground floor features high ceilings and bamboo floors through the living areas. This level of the home comprises of 2 bedrooms, shower and powder room, open plan lounge and dining area plus the kitchen. The main living room opens through wide sliding doors to a huge covered patio, new spa pool and private yard.
The well appointed kitchen has stone bench tops, dishwasher, induction stove, a large pantry and overlooks the spa and back yard.
The first floor has a large main bedroom with walk-in robe and ensuite with bath plus main bathroom. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are both twin bedrooms, each with built-in robes.
This hidden gem is the perfect house to relax and enjoy all the Byron has to offer, tucked away in a quiet lane yet within walking distance to everything.
The rates vary from $850 to $1,400 per night depending on the time of year

Please note that all our homes have no party/function policies without pre-approval, additional venue hire fees and a local approved coordinator being hired to oversee the day.
Outside of your approved function times, no extra guests are allowed to the houses and noise levels are to be respectful at all times. There is to be no outdoor music or outdoor entertaining after 10pm.
Noise complaints will result in bond deductions and possible eviction. We apologise for being so strict but noise is a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
