This architecturally designed, award winning home is located in the highly desirable Golden Grid of central Byron, and within walking distance to shops and beach.
It consists of 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 3 bathrooms and features open plan living and dining. A fully equipped, well appointed kitchen fitted with modern appliances and outdoor entertaining area with private solar heated pool complete the living spaces. There is also an outdoor hot/cold shower.
The living room on the upper floor has a projection screen for home movie entertainment and you can also enjoy stunning ocean and mountain views from the adjoining deck.
The rates vary from $950 to $1,600 per night depending on the time of year
Plus a $200 cleaning/linen fee per booking
Please note that all our homes have no party policies as noise travels to neighbours easily in both residential and hinterland areas. No extra guests are allowed to the houses and noise levels are to be respectful at all times. There is to be no outdoor music or outdoor entertaining after 9pm.
Noise complaints will result in bond deductions and possible eviction. We apologise for being so strict but noise is a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
