This beautifully appointed townhouse is situated in a quiet street 200m from Clarkes Beach and is perfect for your next holiday in Byron Bay. Set in a popular holiday complex this sunny, spacious, three bedroom townhouse features:

* Large pool with toddler wading area

* Half size tennis court

* Spacious north facing patio set in tropical gardens, perfect for entertaining

* Short 10 minute walk along the beachfront into Byron Town centre

* 2 car lock up garage

All three bedrooms and main bathroom are located upstairs. The main bedroom has a TV/DVD player and a north facing deck with sun chairs perfect for soaking up the sunshine. The bathroom includes a spa bath, shower and separate powder room. There is now a bunk bed in bedroom 3 with access to the front top balcony that is not represented in the photos.

Downstairs includes a modern kitchen, dining room, lounge room, spacious patio, second powder room and internal laundry. Modern appliances feature throughout including 50" TV, Blue Ray DVD player, bluetooth stereo speaker, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, and outdoor Weber gas BBQ.

The townhouse is fully equipped with all that you need for a family holiday. We supply a beach umbrella, beach and pool toys, boogie board, tennis racquets, portable cot, pram, high chair and safety gate.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great position We stayed here for 6 nights and found the property well equipped and maintained. It was perfectly located within walking distance to the beach and also town. Upstairs rooms and bathroom were quite spacious for our family of 5. The half tennis court was an added bonus and attraction. Would recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect place for a family holiday! We stayed at Calinda Sol unit 10 a few weeks ago with our 2 children and our brother & sister in law. It was just the perfect location for a Byron holiday - close to Clarkes Beach and the fabulous Byron Beach Cafe (great service, awesome coffee) and only a 10 minute walk / scooter ride into town along a flat path. The complex itself was excellent: well maintained and quiet. The kids were in the pool every day and we made great use of the half tennis court. The townhouse was really well equipped, clean and the perfect amount of space for us all. The kitchen and bathroom are a little old and tired, but they were clean and functional. Bec was really great to deal with, very responsive and friendly, and our bond was promptly returned. We will definitely be back!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Property Excellent property for a family stay in Byron. Value for money. Half court tennis court and swimming pool, provided great entertainment. Property was clean, tidy and had everything you need for a family holiday. We would definitely stay at no 10 Calinda Sol.
