The doubleTeak timber doors open into a spacious open plan living area featuring a large, comfortable modular sofa. To one side is a modern European kitchen with all amenities and on the other is a bright airy dining area with French extension dining table overlooking the terrace.
There are two Queen size bedrooms overlooking the private pool and spacious deck area, both with built-in wardrobes and one with TV.
There is a share bathroom, with bath and separate toilet, and a fully equipped laundry. The BBQ nook has a circular coffee table and chairs, while there is an outdoor dining table by the pool.
The First Floor Tower
This floor houses the master bedroom and overlooks open gardens and native trees. It has a king size French provincial Bed, office/reading space, TV, modern en-suite, plus a tiled balcony with chairs and table and the continuous sound of the surf of Tallow Beach only metres away.
The ‘quiet’ end of Alcorn Street is one of the most sort after areas in Byron Shire, and Chez Byron is surrounded by enviable properties.
