THIS BEACHSIDE GETAWAY is close to the hub of Byron Bay and all of its beautiful beaches. Only 5 mins drive to an abundance of restaurants, incl The Farm, Elements Resort, The Balcony Oyster Bar and not forgetting the infamous 'Top Pub' The Beach Hotel. Located within easy reach of the Art Industry Estate, a fast growing development for food lovers & fashionistas.

My place would suit couples, groups, families with kids, and friends. NO SCHOOLIES sorry.

My home is also home to a dog Floyd a Weimaraner during periods when you are not staying, so please consider this when booking. For instance guests with sensitivities and allergens that are not used to dogs. However if you have a furry friend and want to bring them with you, then they are most welcome at my place. It is fully fenced and secure, with plenty of space to run around and it has a large undercover outside area out of the sunshine to relax. Belongli beach is nearby, which is a dog friendly off leash beach.

Walk in pantry, large fridge and Gas Oven/hob. BBQ outside.

Main bathroom - bath, power shower.

Separate toilet.

Laundry with front loader washing machine and access to outside Hills Hoist washing line. Hall Cupboard extra towels and blankets.

Outside undercover area has access from both the kitchen and lounge with sliding doors and fly screens including dog door.

Outside dinning table, which can extend to comfortably fit ten people.

Outside seating includes two-seater couch, two chairs and a Balinese Daybed.

In the garden 2 more relaxing chairs and a hammock.

Garage -you'll find two sun loungers.

The garden is plenty big enough for the family pet and it is fully fenced.

There is gate offering side access if required.

Lawn area with an abundance of palm trees, garden beds.

Outside shower - side of property.


Access to town and beaches is easy as the property backs onto Ewingsdale Road - there is a pathway down the right hand side of the house.

You can choose to access town and beaches either by foot or bike.

Or by car out of the cul de sac.

Walking 20-25 mins approx.

Bikes 15 mins approx. available to guest but please only use in the daytime

Car 5-10 mins approx.

Buses - bus stop five min walk from house, located next to Folk Café – a must pit stop

TAXI and Uber are both available.

BLUES FESTIVAL Easter Weekend - buses run regularly from Ewingsdale Road – easy access by the pathway down the side of the property.

Soon there will be a diesel train running into town from nearby my house, the station is located by the Elements Resort. It is expected to run every half hour

There is a small children park located end of the cul de sac - with undercover area, swings slide etc. It is also ok to exercise your dog here.

Also the property is located within easy reach of the Arts and Industry estate, which is home to an abundance of funky cafes and restaurants as well as many shops - a truly great shopping experience


Nearest airport is Coolangatta remember this is QLD different time zone or Ballina NSW.

There are numerous shuttle buses from each airport, which drop direct to the door or you can book UBER.


The Host will require access to the garden during your stay - this is garden maintenance and watering - This can be negotiated at time of booking.

Please bear in mind if you are thinking of bring your dog, which is most welcome - that they are ok to be left alone in regard to noise level and neighbours. All dogs miss their owners but a dog barking throughout your stay will not be tolerated.
