'Calinda Sol 6' located at 9 Massinger Street is a recently renovated and tastefully decorated family friendly townhouse in a private and peaceful setting only 200m from Clarkes Beach.

Features include three bedrooms, a stylish well stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, multiple flat screen TVs (in two bedrooms), generous north east facing outdoor grassed area, new Weber BBQ, double lock up garage and beautiful white timber plantation shutters throughout that allow lots of natural light.

The complex also features a swimming pool and half size tennis court for all the family to enjoy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great location This townhouse is well equipped and in a fantastic location. Only 12 minutes walk to town along the beach path and a couple of minutes up the road to an awesome cafe or 2 minutes down the road to the beach. A few items in the house need repairing, such as rattling fly screens, broken drawers, dishwasher that doesn't clean well, and a broken coffee machine, but would assume these will be fixed following this review.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great property Close walking distance to Clarke's beach with well appointed kitchen and comfortable living area. Bit of a walk in to main street of Byron if you have small kids but otherwise easily done on foot and a chance to enjoy the great weather!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great escape We had a pleasant stay at this apartment. 15 minute walk to heart of town and main beach. Clarks beach and interesting cafes near by. Lovely garden surrounds and great pool facilities. Clean and tidy place with lots of ammenities including cot, safety gate and stroller.
